Availability of Product
SEVEN will do our utmost to fulfill orders made by customers. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as item defects, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Colours of Product
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Price
All prices in our website are stated in Singapore Dollars.
Processing of Orders
SEVEN regrets that no cancellation or change of order is allowed after confirmation and receipt of funds. All orders sent should be final. All goods sold are non-refundable. We will ensure that all products are checked thoroughly for manufacturing defects before shipment. Once payment is received, we will proceed to mail out the items in 3 working days unless otherwise stipulated. We reserve the right to cancel any orders should payment not be received within 2 days upon confirmation of order email sent out by SEVEN. In the event of unavailability of stock, we will make arrangements to provide refund on 100% of the cost of item ordered and paid by customer.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for notifying SEVEN should there be a change in customer's particulars such as change in address. SEVEN will not be liable for undelivered goods should a lapse of customer's notification be responsible in non-receipt of goods.
Shipping
SEVEN will ensure that items are checked before shipment. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the process of mailing and shipping. SEVEN will provide an estimated time of arrival for all orders. We will inform customers by email should there be a delay in the delivery of orders.
Exchange
Exchange is to be done within 7 days of receipt of goods, subjected to availability of items. Customer will have to bear all costs of exchange. We will absorb these costs when there are defects. Please note exchange is only limited to the same design for a different size and is non-negotiable.
Right to Change Site
We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.
Personal Information Submitted Through the Site
Your submission of personal information through the Site will be kept strictly private and confidential, for the sole use of SEVEN.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

The materials on the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SEVEN harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.
